  • LOCAL GoGREEN (Empowering local authorities for accelerating the CET)
  • IN-PLAN (Integrated Energy, Climate and Spatial Planning)
  • RENOVERTY (Home Renovation Roadmaps to Address Energy Poverty in Vulnerable Rural Districts)
  • STEP-WISE (A tailored and dynamic capacity building programme to transform local and regional authorities into autonomous early adopters of digitised, integrated, and ambitious Clean Energy Transition plans)
  • Plan4CET (Improving Clean Energy Transition planning at local and regional level)

Key Highlights:

    • The meeting kicked off with an introduction focused on improving communication strategies between the sister projects, emphasizing collaboration and shared experiences.
  2. Project Insights:
    • Participants provided updates on their respective projects, each of which tackles critical energy transition issues such as energy efficiency in rural areas, climate planning, and developing clean energy policies. A particular focus was on creating effective tools to support local authorities in implementing these initiatives.
  3. Rural Energy Efficiency:
    • One of the discussed projects centered around energy efficiency roadmaps for vulnerable rural areas facing energy poverty. It emphasized methodologies to engage local stakeholders and ensure effective implementation at the grassroots level.
  4. Increasing Visibility and Engagement:
    • Suggestions were made to improve the visibility of all projects, including the creation of a shared newsletter and a centralized website landing page. Social media strategies were also discussed, aiming to maximize outreach through the use of effective hashtags and shared campaigns.
