Participants will have the opportunity to exchange lessons learned, discuss policy implications, and explore innovative approaches that support socially just and inclusive energy transitions in rural areas.

It will encourage dialogue between project partners, policymakers, and external experts on how to foster inclusive, participatory, and locally driven approaches to the energy transition, ensuring that rural communities play a central role in shaping Europe’s sustainable future.
The European Community of Practice under the Rural Pact is a network that brings together stakeholders to exchange knowledge, share good practices, and support inclusive energy transitions in rural areas. The Brussels meeting is its 4th gathering, and everyone with a stake in rural energy transitions is invited to take part.
