We are thrilled to present you the ENTRACK project – Empowering local and regional authorities to design clean Energy TRAnsition plans through Capacity and Knowledge. 🚀
Our mission is clear: to empower local and regional authorities in co-designing social energy plans that not only meet the genuine needs of stakeholders, including vulnerable citizens, but also align with European and national energy policy frameworks. Using participatory approaches such as multi-actor perspective analysis, empowerment evaluation, and participatory ethnography, ENTRACK advocates for a bottom-up approach.
The heart of our initiative lies in supporting Mediterranean rural municipalities. We aim to co-design practical, ambitious, and just energy plans that benefit communities on a grassroots level. To make this vision a reality, ENTRACK will implement and pilot methodologies and capacity-building processes in eight carefully selected rural municipalities across Greece, Italy, Portugal, and Spain.
