The ENTRACK European Project is opening a call for its Community of Practice to empower local authorities in rural areas to design energy policies with a social perspective. The call is open in Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece.
But what is the ENTRACK Community of Practice?
It is a dynamic space where local actors, experts, and committed entities join forces to share best practices and create knowledge. CoP objectives, aligned with overall project objectives are:
- Empower rural decision-makers to undertake energy transitions in rural municipalities with a social perspective.
- Promote knowledge and the exchange of experiences on how to bring the transition to rural territories.
- Connect with a network of committed individuals across the territory and promote sustainable energy by creating energy policies.
Who can participate?
This is YOUR opportunity if…
- You are part of a regional government, administrative council or rural town hall.
- You are an academic, researcher or an expert in energy, environmental science and climate change
- If you work for a public or private business, NGOs or local action groups focused on energy solutions.
