On 25 April, ENTRACK’s partner Ecoserveis organized the 25th edition of the Sustainable Energy Forum (FES), a hybrid event held in Barcelona, Spain. The forum served as a space for reflection on the energy transition, with a particular focus on rural areas and the challenges they face in adapting to a new energy model.
This year, against the backdrop of a global shift toward more sustainable energy systems, FES centered its discussions on the impact of the energy transition in rural regions – an essential sector in the journey toward a more territorially balanced, just, and equitable future. ENTRACK contributed an innovative perspective on the opportunities and challenges this transition presents for rural communities.
